Position Overview:
As a Sales Consultant (B2B) at Superino, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and securing new B2B clients. You will leverage your sales expertise to build relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored labor hire solutions that meet their workforce requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target potential B2B clients in need of labor hire services.
- Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique labor requirements and providing customized solutions.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients on Backupp's labor hire app.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts.
- Collaborate with the sales team and internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of B2B sales success, preferably in the technology or HR industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
